Shivmani Recycling Website
Building trust early in a specialist recycling category
A specialist recycling website built to clarify services, show process transparency, and establish early market trust.
Starting Point
Overview
Shivmani Recycling entered the Australian automotive recycling market with a focused offer around specialist recovery of valuable metals from automotive parts. At launch, Shivmani needed a digital presence that could introduce the business clearly, explain the process, and establish credibility from the first interaction.
Trust Barrier
The Challenge
Shivmani entered a category where trust develops slowly, and specialist precious-metal recycling was less visible as a distinct service. The site needed to clarify the value of Shivmani’s approach, present the business with enough structure and confidence to support early trust, and do all of that within a two-week timeline on a lean launch setup.
Positioning Choice
Strategic Approach
Ryze positioned Shivmani as an automotive precious-metals specialist with a broader service structure rather than a single-service recycler. We built four service categories with their own pages and educational framing, then used transparency as a trust device through a detailed five-step process page supported by real facility photography. The visual system combined operational imagery with an environmental layer so the brand could communicate industrial credibility and long-term responsibility at the same time.
Delivery
What We Built
In 14 days, Ryze built a 7-page Framer website, service-category pages, a full process page, educational blog content, multi-channel contact pathways, and the required legal pages. We also extended the same visual and messaging system across business cards, letterhead, email signatures, and LinkedIn, using a deep green palette, contemporary typography, and a mix of facility photography and environmental symbolism.
Market Response
Results
The new foundation gave Shivmani a stronger market presence immediately. Within three weeks of launch, a 12-location Australian workshop chain signed on as Shivmani’s first enterprise client, and their feedback was direct: the website made the business feel established and trustworthy.
What Followed
Next Phase
That early trust shaped the next phase of the relationship as well. Four months later, Shivmani returned to Ryze to build the operations app that carried the same transparency into field quoting and internal workflows, turning the website from an introduction into the foundation of a wider system.
