Astrem: Brand Identity and 3D Website Design
Designing the identity while designing the site
A 3D-led website and identity system built to give a design agency a sharper, more memorable visual presence.
The Idea
Astrem came to Ryze with structure and copy already in place, but without a visual system. That changed the nature of the project. Ryze was not redesigning an existing brand. We were defining how the agency should look and feel in public for the first time, through a site that had to do more than present services and instead establish a visual point of view strong enough to stand on its own in a design-led market.
The Challenge
Designing for a design agency brings a different level of scrutiny. Astrem’s audience understands hierarchy, rhythm, motion, and visual consistency, so the work had to feel considered from the first screen, not only at the level of concept but in the craft of the execution. Ryze also had a tight timeline, with one week to shape the visual direction and build the homepage experience.
Creative Direction
Ryze began with exploration and developed three visual territories: minimal and editorial, bold and high-contrast, and dimensional and future-facing. The client selected the third direction, which gave the project its center. We used 3D as the device that made that direction visible, adding depth, memorability, and a stronger sense of authorship across the experience. The goal was not decoration. The 3D system needed to carry the identity.
Execution
Once the direction was chosen, Ryze moved quickly into system building. We developed the homepage around custom 3D geometric forms created specifically for the brand, using them to establish visual rhythm and unify the interface with the broader identity. Color, spacing, contrast, and motion all had to hold together under close attention so the site could communicate intention and craft before any explanation began.
Result
The final site gave Astrem a defined visual identity and a digital presence to match. In one week, the project moved from copy and structure without visual direction to a homepage with a clear point of view. The 3D system created stronger memorability, and the overall experience gave the brand a sharper, more distinctive presence.
Project Details
Ryze completed the project in one week, covering brand identity, web design, and 3D design for a US-based branding and web design agency that needed its first visual system built directly into its public-facing website.

Client Experience
“Working with Ryze was exceptional. Highly communicative, detail-oriented, and always ensuring the project stayed on track and delivered to the highest standard.”
